Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or resell used items. All products found to be defective due to faulty workmanship are covered by warranty.
Toprealy products come with a 30-day warranty for defects.

If your item is defective within the first 30 days of ownership, please contact our customer service department atCustomerservice@toprealy.com.

Kindly ensure that you carefully select the correct size, color, and type when placing your order. We will replace any defective item with an identical one and may request a photo of the defect.

Many items also have extended factory warranties, and we will provide assistance regarding warranty information to the best of our abilities.

Undeliverable Orders: Please ensure accuracy when providing shipping information as it will be printed exactly as provided on your shipping label. Orders returned to us as undeliverable will incur a 20% processing fee, and no shipping refund will be issued.
